Accidents & Injuries

Pool safety is of the utmost concern to all of us. Therefore, if you or a member of your party has an accident that contaminates the pool (blood, vomit, bowel movement, etc.) it is imperative that the proper action be taken: Treat any injuries and clean the accident area. (There will be a $50 fine for clean up if due to child not wearing swim diaper and rubber pants). All bathers should immediately evacuate the water.

Parties

Private parties are not allowed (residents will maintain access during posted hours). If you wish to have an event (10-50 guests), please download and place a completed Pool Event Request form (link above) and a check payable to DDSSHOA in Richard Schercks' mailbox at 2070 Devereux Chase. There is a $100 deposit required. The deposit will be voided (torn up) if the pool area is properly cleaned. A maximum of one pool event per day is allowed on a first come first awarded basis. The homeowner host is responsible for pool reactions of attendees and must clean up after the event. (Pool will be checked by a pool committee member). All parties will be limited to 50 people or less due to parking issues and space allocations within after party

HOST MUST BRING OWN TRASH BAGS AND TAKE TRASH WITH THEM. THIS IS TO PREVENT TRASH OVERFLOW AT THE POOL!
