Common Area Improvements

You’ve probably noticed several landscape enhancements to our common areas. We have placed additional safety lighting in the pool/tennis parking lot to increase visibility and coverage to the common areas at night. We are replacing some of the trees and shrubbery along Devereux Chase by the tennis courts. We have also added landscaping to the State Street entrance opposite the neighborhood sign.
